You have the option to purchase a gown with knotted hat, gown with headband or all three pieces of gown, hat and headband to complete her set!

To maintain durability, wash garments inside out in cold water on delicate setting. Do not bleach, use fabric softener or dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Garments can be ironed on low heat inside out. It is recommended to lay a lightweight towel or piece of fabric over garment before ironing.
Leg warmers and items with rhinestones or flowers are recommended as hand wash only in cold water inside out and lay flat to dry. It is not recommended to wash headbands.

Newborn Romper Sizing: The newborn Romper sizes approximately 7-10lbs
Newborn Knotted Gowns Sizing: The knotted gown is one size and sizes Newborn to 0-3 months fitting approximately 7-12lbs. Knotted gowns are perfect since they allow the extra room for the babies to grow into. They keep the babies little legs warm, but also make easy access for the quick diaper changes.
Our current production time is up to 2-3 business days to make and ship out. Please note, our production time does not include the shipping time.
We ship all packages via USPS (United Postal Service)
We can only guarantee when we can make and ship out by, the shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at check out.
STANDARD SHIPPING - takes approximately 2-9 business days.
PRIORITY SHIPPING - takes approximately 2-4 business days.
For Standard and Priority shipping methods, these are estimated shipping times given by the post office. They generally are pretty good with their shipping estimates but there are times that they are off due to circumstances affecting delivery or due to weather. Express Shipping is the only service they will guarantee their shipping time.
If you need your item sooner, please feel free to convo us with your date needed by and zip code. We can let you know if it is possible to make and ship in time or let you know which shipping method is best for your date.
EXPRESS SHIPPING - takes 1-2 business days guaranteed by USPS. If the package is delivered after their guaranteed date given, they will refund the postage paid.
Priority and Priority Express also includes insurance up to $50.
DELAYED DELIVERIES - If your package is either showing delayed or past the estimated delivery date given, please contact your local post office first with your tracking number provided on your order. They will have the most up to date information on your shipping and can help you with an updated estimate. If it is 7 business days past the estimated date and you have contacted the post office with no updated estimate, please feel free to contact us and we will help out on our end.
NON/DELIVERED & MIS-DELIVERED PACKAGES - It is rare that we see either of these happen. You would need to first contact the Post Office and open a claim. If the package has been deemed lost on their end and the case is closed, request the case number from them and have them also email you a copy of the closed case showing it was deemed not delivered on their end. Once you receive the letter with the case number, contact us and we will rectify right away for you.
DELIVERED PACKAGES BUT NOT RECEIVED: Unfortunately if your package is showing delivered, the post office would need to be contacted by you right away. The sooner you contact them the better. They would give you a case number and would investigate. In most areas now they can gps locate to see where it was scanned by the carrier to see if it was actually scanned at your address or another. If after investigating, the package has been deemed mis-delivered on their end and the case is closed, request the case number from them and have them also email you a copy of the closed case showing it was deemed not delivered on their end. Once you receive the letter with the case number, contact us and we will rectify right away for you. If it was deemed delivered to your address, at that point they will deem it lost at the delivered address end or it could have been stolen. Unfortunately this is not something that is covered on their end.
All sales are final on customized or personalized items. Customized purchases would be any items with customizable options such as text or design color.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. There are many instances when we make and ship out within that same day. Also, any order changes or address changes after order is placed cannot be guaranteed for the same reason.
We send every item out with great attention to detail and quality. With that, mistakes can happen. If there is a mistake made on our end, we will remake and ship within the next business day.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON NON-PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Non customized/personalized items can be returned for full credit or exchanged (less shipping costs) if we are contacted within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If it is an error on our part, we will happily replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Item(s) need to be returned in unwashed and unused condition postmarked for return within 3 business days from the time you contact us for refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will let you know and process your return for the refund. This can take up to 3 business days. Depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, it can take up to 5-10 business days once they receive it from us.
For exchanges we will ship your new selection if available of equal value (not including taxes and shipping) within 3 business days.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you would first contact us within 10 business days for approval. Once it is approved, you need to send back to the address provided within 3 business days in unused unwashed condition with your name and address on order with order number and approval number.
Please note, we will not accept returns/exchanges without an approval. Also, we strongly recommend that you you send your packages by an insured parcel or courier as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.
